As founder and CEO of Global Mentoring Solutions, Wayne’s insight and thought leadership have taken the company from start-up to North America’s top ranking, award winning provider of live eSupport solutions. Wayne’s acumen for competitive products and partnerships was developed through years of owning and operating successful business ventures, including a multi location brick-and-mortar IT training business.

Cindy Perks

Chief Operating Officer

Cindy brings over 30 years of operations management experience and oversees the hiring, training and support structure strategy at GMS. With a background in eLearning, Cindy has worked to transition GMS from an eLearning and OEM focused service to provider to a leading North American based 24/7 Outsourced Help Desk and NOC for MSPs. Cindy has played a critical role in taking GMS from 30 employees to over 130 in just 5 years!

Tannis Kynoch

VP, Front Line Operations

Tannis has been managing technical and training services for over 20 years. She has worked in online learning, technical support and software development organizations where she has been and continues to be responsible for managing, hiring and training teams of highly skilled technical professionals and trainers. Tannis is keenly interested in continually improving GMS’ support offerings and processes based on continual customer feedback and needs based analysis.
