Global Mentoring, Aliant to Present at TechLearn 2005 Conference in Las Vegas

Columbia, Maryland - Global Mentoring Solutions today announced that Don Whitty, vice president of emerging markets together with Aliant's Kenyon Shoebridge, will present at the upcoming TechLearn 2005 Conference & Exposition in Las Vegas. TechLearn is the leading event for learning and training professionals with executives from more than 60 of the world's leading organizations speaking at this year's program.

Global Mentoring's presentation, "Learning on Demand for Service Level Optimization," is scheduled for 1:30 on Tuesday, September 27th at the Bellagio Hotel. This session offers a case study on how Aliant, a $3.5 billion Telco, incorporates on-demand learning and Global Mentoring's LiveTutor expert support into daily workflow for the optimal customer experience.
