As founder and CEO of Global Mentoring Solutions, Wayne’s insight and thought leadership have taken the company from start-up to North America’s top ranking, award winning provider of live eSupport solutions. Wayne’s acumen for competitive products and partnerships was developed through years of owning and operating successful business ventures, including a multi location brick-and-mortar IT training business.

Cindy brings over 26 years of operational management experience to the GMS management team. Her experience in the computer education marketplace ensures that innovative learning products and services “go to market” effectively and profitably. As an established operations manager, Cindy has had P&L responsibility for over 20 years, which has shaped her expertise in resource planning and product deployment. Prior to joining GMS, Cindy served as Regional Operations Manager for SHL Systemhouse and consulted as General Manager for smaller specialized computer education firms.

Tannis has been managing technical and training services for 17 years. She has worked in online learning, technical support and software development organizations where she was responsible for managing, hiring and training teams of highly skilled technical professionals and trainers. Tannis joined GMS in 2013 as the Director of Quality Assurance and Training and became the Director of Front Line Operations in 2014. She is keenly interesting in continually improving our support, through tools, efficiencies and coaching to provide both the best end user experience and provide a rewarding work experience with constant learning and growth for our team.
