REQUIREMENTS:
- Vendor certified in area of expertise
- MCP or equivalent experience with Microsoft desktop environments
- Ability to type a minimum of 35wpm
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent problem solving abilities with ability to see through to its resolution
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A strong ability to multi-task
- Minimum one year experience: Help Desk, Teaching Assistant, or One-on-One Tutoring
