Don Whitty ∙ Vice President, Emerging Markets

Don Whitty is a seasoned executive who has served as president for a number of blended learning and education technology companies.  Accolades include the Community IT Hero Award from the Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC), and a listing in Peer Resource’s Mentor Hall of Fame. Don is an active member a number of learning and regional economic development boards.   He is a noted speaker throughout North America and the United Kingdom on issues regarding technology and new media learning.

Rachel Tuller ∙ Vice President, Global Markets

Rachel Tuller is a 20 year veteran of the IT training & certification industry. As Vice President of Global Markets for GMS, she is responsible for new market business development, and strategic alliances & partnerships.  Rachel has held leadership positions within the industry at global organizations such as New Horizons CLC, CompTIA (& the former ITTA), Prometric, Microsoft, Productivity Point Int’l, and Executrain. 

Cindy Perks ∙ Director, Operations Client Services

Cindy brings over 26 years of operational management experience to the GMS management team.  Her experience in the computer education marketplace ensures that innovative learning products and services “go to market” effectively and profitably.  As an established operations manager, Cindy has had P&L responsibility for over 20 years, which has shaped her expertise in resource planning and product deployment. Prior to joining GMS, Cindy served as Regional Operations Manager for SHL Systemhouse and consulted as General Manager for smaller specialized computer education firms.
